The recipes and zoom link will be shared with registered individuals on November 11th. What’s on the menu!? The amazing Samantha Binkley @samsspicylife will be teaching us how to make a Roasted Cauliflower Soup, Delicata Squash Salad, and an APPLETINI! We will be incorporating the @healthyonyou Spice Blends in each recipe.
