Our Bodies, Our Embodied Wellness
Encinitas4Equality has partnered with Four Moons Spa and will be holding space 1x/month for the people of the BIPOC community here locally to come together, connect, collaborate, converse, and find commonality in a community that we often might feel “othered” or disconnected, unsupported or overshadowed based on the colors of our skin. This monthly gathering will be a place exclusively for us to come together and find commonality with others who might understand or relate to our lived experiences, challenges, dreams, and more. And there is a great hope that over time, this gathering will be a place that may find safety, peace, and authenticity in relationships that we’ve been disconnected from in a variety of ways before.
With an abundance of gratitude, we invite you to join us on Tuesday, October 13th at 6PM for the first gathering of Our Bodies, Our Embodied Wellness (RSVP + details here). In the curation of this space and time together, we’d love to open up the metaphorical room for everyone to come and share their ideas, passions, gifts, and visions of how we can build a stronger and more supportive community with our fellow humans.
The space will be limited as we are adhering to COVID guidelines and we will be meeting outdoors, with space for social distancing, and masks for respectful gathering. If you’re able to attend, please RSVP so we can get a head count and to save your spot. Share with your friends.
