We are incredibly excited to announce our partnership with The Yoga Bus and have Madeline! This multifaceted class will increase your heartrate and physical strength for the first 30 minutes of class, then we will slow it down and stretch it out with a 30-minute flow to lengthen your muscles, ground deeper into the body and calm the mind.

Join us every Tuesday 6-7p for Yoga and HIIT training.
