The Encinitas4Equality Leadership Team is a diverse group of people that share a commitment to racial and social justice in Encinitas and the surrounding areas, with a passion and energy to engage in deep, challenging and long-term equity work.
Through collaboration with private, public and governmental partners, they want to ensure that racial demographics are no longer a predictor of health, educational attainment, wealth, and other indicators of well-being in the North County area.
Building on the long-term vision of E4E, the Leadership Team envisions a more just world in which all people have the opportunity to fully participate in their communities, sharing information and resources in reciprocal, decentralized ways, and working together for peace and justice on a healthy planet.
Join them in taking action for equity.
